Asking for Assistance

How to Ask for Assistance

1st: You must be an adult who has a caring, professional relationship with a child who needs assistance. Some examples include social workers, case managers, family support workers, therapists, counselors, psychologists, health professionals and teachers.

2nd: Please make every effort to find funding from other resources before you contact the Friends of the CJC. When we can partner with others we are able to help a greater number of Kauai’s children.

3rd: Fill out a “Needs Request” form. You can download one from our site (click on “Application Forms”) or we can fax or mail one to you, or you can pick it up at our office in Lihue. Fax the completed form to us at 241-3593, mail it or drop it off to us.
